Designed by the Shira Lavi BD studio, these offices have a relaxing space on the rooftop furnished by the Spanish company Vondom
This company is located in Ra’anana, it's roof top is adjoined to it´s offices and it extends over 900m2, it has been distributed in two areas: a public space designed for profesional workers throughout the building and a different private space for those workers from other offices. In this private space, a partially closed pergola was installed with wooden beams to help soften the sunlight and at the same time it is a place were workers can unwind outdoors.
A “chilling out area” , ideal to take a short break, where several furniture pieces has been placed. For example, sets of armchairs and sofas from the Ulm collection designed by Ramón Esteve or pieces from the Stone collection designed by Stefano Giovannoni ideal to sit and read or think up new ideas. Have a coffee sitting comfortably on the Africa stools and Frame table designer contract furniture designed by Eugeni Quitllet and Ramón Esteve, hold informal business meetings or even hold corporate events in this specifi c area furnished with minimalistic Kes chairs designed by the Buratti Brothers and the Jut table.
The Shira Lavi BD studio, selected Vondom´s outdoor furniture to furnish this space with outdoor furniture that will withstand any weather conditions through out the passing years and as it is very easy to clean and maintain.
All this vegetation plays an important role in this project since it provides a little life and colour were neutral colors predominate, also allowing the creation of a backdrop of living nature thanks to the green and leafy trees arranged in planters under the office windows.
The result of this multifunctional space is the construction of a singular site were although detached from the standard office, it is possible to work in a different way than we usually do and at the same time we can enjoy Israel's wonderful climate.
