The contest jury this year will include professionals drawn from the world of design and culture: José A. GandíaBlasco Canales, president and creative director of Gandia Blasco S.A.; Ana Domínguez Siemens, design curator, art historian and journalist; José Luis Clemente, lecturer at the Valencia Polytechnic University (UPV), historian and art critic; Juan Vidal, fashion designer; and Barozzi Veiga, architects.
The contest is directed towards students and young design professionals from across the world between the ages of 18 and 35. The aim is to “support the ideas of young designers” in the words of president of Gandia Blasco S.A., José A. Gandía-Blasco.

Entries should be presented between the 17 of October 2018 and the 25 of February 2019. Prizes will be awarded at the Salone del Mobile 2019 in Milan, with 2,000 Eur. for first place and 1,000 Eur. for the runner up.
