Feria Hábitat Valencia incorporates Upholstery and Sleep into their ‘all inclusive’ stands

Exhibitors from the upholstery and sleep sector that are joining the next edition of Feria Hábitat Valencia already have “turnkey” stands available since last year, and they received such good results by providing an economical solution and saving on logistics costs. In this way, the event adds a new type of stands to offer “all inclusive packs” which cover specific solutions also for the exhibitors from the sectors design, lighting and high end décor.

In general it’s a global solution that allows participation in Feria Hábitat Valencia 2015 with controlled exhibition costs, an agile and dynamic format, and commercially very profitable with tariffs that range from around 2.000 Euros for the most economical service. This “all inclusive” rate excludes registration rights and does not include VAT. In the case of the upholstered and sleep sectors, the offer launched by Habitat for their next edition encompasses stands from 16 m² for exactly 2.080; this translates into one of the most competitive prices in the international fair market.

For the lighting exhibitor’s part, three types of “turnkey” stands have been established adjusting to the needs of this type of very visual product, less than 3.000 for a stand of 16 m². Meanwhile, the high end décor sector will once again have a very exclusive stand decoration- as corresponding to the level of companies in this area – and prices start from about 5.000 for a 32 m² stand. As for the numerous exhibitors of the contemporary sector, there will be stands available starting from 32 m² for less than 5.000 Euros. These stands will have numerous services available, and current decoration to display their collections with maximum guarantee and space.\\ Moreover, the Design zone will have two different areas. On one hand, generic design companies will have a careful stand avant-garde for also less than 5.000 for 32 m²; whereas for the exclusive avant-garde “Flash” zone, very complete packages that start from just over 2.000 Euros for 15 m² have been arranged.\\ Big improvements since the last edition Máximo Solax, director of the event explained, “we will not only return to offer “turnkey” which was widely chosen by the exhibitors last year, but we have also improved the stands serving requests. These improvements mean, for comfort for example “the incorporation in some cases of canvas roofs, better adaptation and optimisation of the entire space, or decoration, storage and access solutions.” And he pointed out, “in these kinds of “packs”, many exhibitors see a solution that allows them to not miss an opportunity to be at a business platform such as Feria Valencia Habitat at a very reasonable cost and with a remarkable control of your expenses and logistics”. In this sense, Solaz highlights that “in February – the date of Habitat – many of our exhibitors also attend other trade fairs. With these types of stands they will not have to worry about coming several weeks earlier to assemble the stand. Practically it is arrive, assemble and begin selling.”

Feria Hábitat Valencia will take place next time from 9 – 13 February at Feria Valencia and together with Cevisama, International Ceramic Salon for architecture, bathroom equipment, natural stone, raw materials, enamels and ceramic colours, frits and machinery.
