Kettal furnishes Hotel Akelarre designed by Mecanismo. A luxury boutique hotel where Chef Pedro Subijana raises the experience of his iconic restaurant

Kettal has furnished Hotel Akelarre in San Sebastián, located next to Michelin three-star chef Pedro Subijana's Akelarre restaurant. A luxury boutique hotel designed by Mecanismo Studio where the recognized Chef raises the experience of his iconic restaurant.

On San Sebastián's Monte Igueldo stands Hotel Akelarre, with 22 rooms, with terrace, and spectacular views of the Cantabrian Sea. The hotel is soon to be a member of Relais & Châteaux and is to have five stars.

The project for the new Hotel Akelarre was undertaken by the Mecanismo architecture studio, directed by Marta Urtasun and Pedro Rica. Its décor, in sober, elegant contemporary style, features noble materials and Kettal furniture from the collections Bitta and Boma by Rodolfo Dordoni, Park Life by Jasper Morrison and Cala by Doshi Levien amongst others.
