From 9 to 13 February 2018 the consumer goods trade fair Ambiente will showcase a vibrant range of design-related HoReCa product lines that will lead to a sustainable increase in guests in gastronomy, hotels and catering while also boosting the efficiency of those sectors.

As time goes by, anything new gradually loses its novelty value, whether it's crockery, interior decoration or an unchanged menu. The time factor is therefore one of the greatest challenges for a restaurant. Moreover, vibrant newly opened restaurants in the neighbourhood do not necessarily make the business any easier. However, there is a promising success formula: continuous innovation.
Its source is Ambiente. As well as plates, cutlery, vases etc., the world's biggest consumer goods trade fair features banquet utensils and small furnishings from more than 4,400 international exhibitors. The product range covers the full price range - from lifestyle, through premium to ultimate luxury. Ambiente also acts as a trading platform for numerous manufacturers specialising in products for the HoReCa market.
The HoReCa segment has clearly gained momentum in Frankfurt am Main over the last few seasons. After all, as well as satisfying the specific needs of restaurants, canteens and hotels, Ambiente also sparks additional enthusiasm and dynamism for new business ideas. A special HoReCa Guide is available, helping visitors to navigate around the grounds of the exhibition centre and to find the exhibitors that are relevant to them.
Furthermore, Ambiente 2018 - now in its second season - will bring together manufacturers, planners, investors and consultants at an exclusive HoReCa get-together. The evening event has been designed as a networking occasion between supply and demand. It will be an opportunity for market players to share their experiences and perspectives - all united by a single aim: to take their HoReCa projects to the next inspiring level. Thomas Kastl, Dining Manager at Ambiente, emphasises this point, in particular: “Ensuring that continuous change becomes part of one's own DNA,” he says, “is not rocket science. All you need to know is how to network with the right market players who will help impress your guests at a totally new level.”
