The design studio Impar, integrated in The Corner Group, has prepared ‘The ballroom’ in the chamfer of the building, to continue with the location in corners that characterizes the real estate developer. The objective of this space is to highlight the great possibilities of modification offered by architecture and decoration. That is why, inspired by the decorative art and the performing arts of the early twentieth century, an evolving room has been created that seeks to provide a sensory experience with references to the 21st century.
Thus it transforms chandeliers into swings that imitate the swing of the dance; windows that turn into mirrors with geometric shapes to create kaleidoscopic light games, or modernist floors reinterpreted as hydraulic tiles with geometric patterns typical of exotic prints. The space distributes the furniture around a central void to facilitate the dance ,and has the projection of a ballerina in the balconies as an example of new technologies and virtual reality to finish combining the elements of the past and the future, which allows visitors can have a preview of how a room will look in the building after being rehabilitated.

With this participation in Casa Decor, The Corner Group certifies its commitment to design and respect for the classic buildings of Madrid. At the same time, it takes advantage of one of the most important shop windows in the country to publicize, in addition to the building of Francisco de Rojas 2, where it will create new dream homes, its avant-garde concept known as “The New Classic“.
Future projects
In this sense, this March, 1st the firm has presented, in the Auditorium of Casa Decor, through its general director, Roberto Perri, this new promotion in Francisco de Rojas. Through virtual reality, all attendees have been able to see how the interior of the building will be after the remodeling. Specifically, 20 different homes will be created: modern and functional spaces that will respect the original stately atmosphere of the property.

The Corner Group has also advanced in this event two new projects that will be developed in Madrid: Ramón de la Cruz, 26 and Núñez de Balboa, 86. Both buildings also offer unique architectural and decorative lines that will be respected in their rehabilitation, but will include the latest technologies to provide them with the greatest possible comfort.
Facade Núñez de Balboa
Don Ramón de la Cruz, 26, a project that The Corner Group will develop with the real estate group Sambil, will offer 14 design homes, in a historic and central location, which will have great brightness -thanks to its numerous balconies- and a game of two facades that will continue with the classic-modern spirit.
As for the Núñez de Balboa, 86 project, it will begin to be sold starting summer of 2018, and will offer 16 homes of different sizes, luxury and amenities in a privileged area, with an extension that will offer a unique style in Madrid, thanks to large windows on the upper floors of the building.
