Yakumanka is the new restaurant of the prestigious chef Gastón Acuriot. Located in Barcelona, the restaurant pays tribute to the typical cevicheries of Peru, and is a commitment to Peruvian cuisine with local products, marine aesthetics and a surprising value for money. 4Retail, the leading manufacturer in the retail and hospitality sector, has carried out the integral construction of the premises, whose interior design has been designed by Brandfood, led by interior designer Morandi Arcela.
Thanks to the excellent coordination of 4Retail, the works have been completed in a record time of 8 weeks. The turnkey construction work consisted of the execution of civil works, installations, kitchen and bars, furniture and finishes.
The venue, which has an area of 360 square meters, stands out for the brightness that its high ceilings and an interior design marked by maritime style. Blue and white tones predominate; For the furniture, materials such as wood and ropes have been used. It has a striking ice bar for fresh fish and the kitchen is partially visible. The walls are topped by slates that, in striking colors, say the dishes of the day.
