Hat-trick for LZF at the Chicago Good Design Awards 2015
LZF is in luck! Three of its fixtures, the Asterisco table lamp by Cuatro Cuatros, Elephant LS light sculpture by Isidro Ferrer and the Dandelion pendant lamp Burkhard Dämmer have all been awarded GOOD DESIGN Awards for 2015.
Each year the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and Metropolitan Arts Press Ltd present GOOD DESIGN Awards to the most innovative and cutting-edge industrial, product, and graphic designs produced around the world. Now in its 65th year, GOOD DESIGN is the oldest and the most prestigious Awards Program organized worldwide.
The GOOD DESIGN was founded in Chicago in 1950 by former MoMA curator Edgar Kaufmann, Jr, together the likes of Charles and Ray Eames, Russel Wright, George Nelson, and Eero Saarinen. It honors the yearly achievements of the best industrial and graphic designers and world manufacturers for their pursuit of extraordinary design excellence.
