estudi{H}ac and Estiluz are recognized at the NYCxDESIGN AWARDS for Alfi lighting system

estudi{H}ac wins the NYCxDESIGN AWARDS in the ARCHITECTURAL LIGHTING category with ALFI, designed for Estiluz. A prestigious award by INTERIOR DESIGN and ICCF INTERNATIONAL CONTEMPORARY FURNITURE FAIR.

ALFI was born out of our Atelier philosophy. It was born out of the subtleness, lightness and strength found in a set of pins which is of such use in the dressmaking trade. The combination of compositions and movement that bring flexibility to each pin defines the ALFI lighting system.

It's an experience that begins when the lamp meets the consumer - a manual, passionate and creative process that turns each ALFI into something unique and personal.

The most exciting part of creating this lamp is personalizing it. That is when the real potential of ALFI shines through and the spirit within begins to emerge.

The concept is worked under the premise of achieving a family of light fixtures to be used in different ways like ceiling lights, hanging lamps, appliques, floor lamps and tabletop lamps.
