Inertial, designed by Tiovivo Creativo to feel body and mind

Located on a stately apartment in the epicenter of Valencia´s Ensanche area, Inertial breaks the “Gym” concept and goes beyond being a personal training center to get people achieve a full balance with themselves, thanks to physical strengthening and emotional reinforcement.

Designed and projected by Tiovivo studio, the conceptualization of space evokes ancient Greece, specifically Pompeii, because that´s where first gymnasiums have their origin, precisely dedicated to cultivating body, intellect and spirit as a whole.

Classical references are latent in the use of marble, sculptures, columns or finishes with volutes in bespoke furniture. Ornamental details take a special prominence in harmonious space, straight lines and black and white contrasts with intense colors. Mirrors and lighting create a common thread of visual effects and reflections that, together with natural light, give amplitude and atmosphere to the different rooms.

A gym to feel of being at home

At the reception, as the greatest exponent of good health, a porcelain heart figure of Seletti´s brand welcomes you, to make it clear that it´s a space designed to feel; to feel fit, but above all to feel good about yourself and your surroundings. To achieve this, Inertial moves you to a quiet and safe environment, conveying the feeling of being at home, but like in a majestic home.

The space has 3 individual training rooms of neoclassical style that merge with the most advanced training devices and with provocative decorative features. Decorative elements that reference the “perfect” anatomy shown in classical sculptures, which have been synthesized to show body parts that best represent to Inertial (mouth/communication, ear/listening, eyes/aesthetics, nose/own aroma, foot/sport).

A personal training center where, in addition to a functional design and sophisticated aesthetics, Tiovivo studio has worked on a sensorial interior design creating an “odotype“; a fragrance related with the brand, an “olfactory logo” that permeates whole space with its own identity.
