Italian company Karman presents, as a prelude to what they will introduce at the Euroluce show of Milan (April 9-14, 2019), the Bibendum ceiling lamp, designed by Paola Navone.
Probably to be a globetrotter inspired the designer Paola Navone to think to the well-known iconic character of the four wheels world, the Michelin man with voluptuous shapes.
There is a good deal of eclecticism, curiosity and contamination between past and future, between roots and travel: Bibendum is like a small attempt at magic, able to light our everyday lives in a special way.
The soul of Bibendum ceiling lamp collection is the artisanal craftmanship of mouth blown glass, which shape depends from human breath and so it changes every time.
