This Spring, British company Innermost will venture into new territory with the introduction of glass lamps into the collection, one is Matrioshka designed by Stone Designs.

Matrioshka is the Russian nesting doll re-imagined in glass. The glass is from the Czech Republic, a nation centuries rooted in glass artisanship and renowned for the high quality and beauty of their product. This is similar to the Matrioshka doll-making heritage, being also a product of skilled craftsmen.
The new pendant lamp consists of domes of pigmented, hand-blown glass around a light source. As both artificial and natural light passes through the glass filters and onto objects around, colours converge to form new ones, resulting in a living light that constantly changes with its surroundings.
