Cosentino Group has doubled down on its commitment to the innovative ‘City’ showroom model with a new installation of this type in the city of Dubai. With this ‘Cosentino City’ showroom, the multinational company now has a total of 10 of these innovatively inspirational spaces for designers and architects scattered across the globe.
The grand opening of the space took place last night at an exclusive event attended by over 60 people, including various company clients and partners, as well as institutional representatives and members of the important regional community of designers and architects. The event featured live music and an interesting ‘live show cooking’ event by the Peruvian chef Roberto Segura. The company was represented by Eduardo Cosentino, EVP of Global Sales & CEO of Cosentino North America; Ginés Navarro, VP of Sales for the ROW (Rest of the World); Alberto Céniga, Area Manager for MENA (Middle East and North Africa); Eddy Abou Khalil, General Manager for the Middle East; and Miriam Llano, Cosentino's Marketing Coordinator for the region.
With a total floorspace of 300m2, Cosentino's showroom in the Emirati city is located in Building 4-A of the powerful and rapidly expanding Dubai urban development known as the Design District (D3), an area dedicated to design that is bringing together the world's biggest companies and brands in the fields of fashion and luxury. This new ‘City’ showroom, an investment of nearly €570,000, will offer all the next-generation resources usually found in these spaces, with exhibition and work areas, the latest digital applications and technology for showing samples, allowing professionals to develop all kinds of projects using Cosentino products.
With this opening, the company from Almeria has confirmed its commitment to this innovative showroom model, located at the hearts of the world's main cities, and notches another opening alongside those held in Madrid and San Francisco earlier this year. Currently, Cosentino has a total of 10 ‘Cities’ (Sidney, Singapore, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Montreal, Milan, London, Madrid and Dubai), and plans to open more of these spaces, including one in the city of Miami, next year.
