To build harmony by working on forms and materials, composing spaces where design meets the aesthetic in a lasting embrace; combining materials and colours to create harmonic interiors and to bring to the world the Italian style and way of life. These are the main features of Natuzzi Italia.
The Made in Italy design brand best known in the world among luxury goods consumers presents Ido, one of the newcomers to the Natuzzi Italia catalog, designed by Mauro Lipparini. Its clean, well-defined lines are punctuated by an intersection of a number of elements that complement the levity of its elegant metallic feet. It also features the unique “kissed” stitching, folded inward to make it invisible on the outside.
The comfortable look, highlighted by the reassuring shape of the structure, is transformed into actual comfort using “manopiuma”, an innovative upholstery create by Natuzzi's Research and Development Centre to ensure the softness of the seatings and the backrest as well as the greatest resistance and stability over time.
The sofa comes with a number of accessory elements - horizontal and vertical containers, cubic and basic - which can combine, both esthetically and functionally, to enliven different narratives. The Ido coffee tables are available also as card tables, end tables, side tables and support surfaces, developing naturally from their light and slender metallic legs, resulting in a flowing structure that can be matched effortlessly with various styles of sofas and armchairs.
The highest expression of the Ido sofa is in leather, a precious material which has always represented the best of Natuzzi‘s production. At the same time, different kind of fabrics match perfectly with the sofa's wide shapes creating elegant and contemporary configurations. All the materials used for the accessories - tables, containers, end tables - contribute to express the concept of “harmony maker”, meaning the reaserch of harmony within each one of the products and the collection mixing gently colours, materials and shapes.
