B.lux gives a vintage touch to its best-selling Ilde lamp designed by David Abad in 1999

Adapting its lamp catalogue to the latest trends in contemporary design, the brand B.lux has rereleased its Ilde suspension lamp, designed and first placed onto the market by David Abad in 1999.

Ilde Wood is the name given to this new version of the suspension lamp, now available in new finishes. Its structure is of solid oak, and it comes with a brown textile cable. The Ilde Wood‘s design, which includes carbon filament bulbs, features a certain vintage aesthetic, allowing its lighting to infuse spaces with great warmth.

Like the Ilde, the Ilde Wood lamp is marketed not only as a suspension unit, but one with multiple applications, for the lighting of large spaces. For this, what has been dubbed Ilde Wood Max presents an attractive cascaded configuration which completely alters the lamp's look. Ilde Wood belongs to the Rediscover collection, made up of a series of revamped B.lux lamps.

Together with the Ilde Wood, B.lux continues to manufacture the classic version of the Ilde, a contemporary lighting bestseller which marked the advent of a whole new type of ambient lighting. The Ilde collection belongs to the catalogue of B.lux, a manufacturer of designer lamps since 1980, located in the Basque Country.
