The latest edition of Cevisama scored more than satisfactory results, both supply and demand, and it seems that 2015 You can even exceed those records. On the supply side, and when it has been a little over a month since I began marketing land for the next call, the event has already taken over 80% of its exhibition area; a percentage that, in the case of the majority sector, The ceramic tile, exceeds 86%.

Because of this, the International Salon of Ceramics for Architecture, Kitchen and Bathroom Equipment, Natural Stone, Raw Materials, Frits, Enamels and Colours and Glazes prepares the next event with much optimism; the next event will take place between 9 - 13 February 2015.
The Spanish tile company industry has once again strongly supported the fair, an international event which has established itself as a benchmark platform. The majority of the brands which participated last year are returning: well-known companies such as Pamesa, Roca, Keraben, Grespania, Ceracasa, Venus, Aparici, Azteca, Natucer, Peronda, Emigres and Vives, in the ceramic tile selctor, and Torrecid, Vidres and Coloresmalt in the frits, enamels and ceramic colours sector (a world leading sector in technology coming almost in its entirety to show its innovations to Cevisama)
Additionally, they have also reserved spaces for companies who for various reasons did not attend last year, like Todagres and New Alaplana, as well as new foreign exhibitors, for example the Italian bathroom companies Bossini-Cristina and Fassa Spain with materials and tools used for joining and tiling. There will also be samples from two new companies in 2015: a natural stone company from Greece, Akrothilos, and the ceramic tile company Ravenna, as well as other tile companies from Saudi Arabia, India and Turkey etc.
However, the expansion of the offer of foreign exhibitors focuses on the Italian market. A strategy which started last year and which has acquired excellent results. In fact, the acquired companies such as Swallow, Unicom and Gambarelli have already closed their registration for the next event.
“The figures create optimism and it is true that the current figures are better than at this time last year. However, we have to be careful because there is still a long journey ahead of us,” says Carmen Álvarez, director of Cevisama.
With respect to the visitors, the fair received last time in February more than 75.000 qualified professionals, from which 13.800 were foreign. They were joined by a further 13.500 from Feria Habitat Valencia, a coincidence of dates which increased the influx of visitors to both appointments. The increase of high-level professionals linked with contract projects such as interior designers, architects and developers of large developers favoured especially Cevisama. In fact, according to the definitive balance of both events held by Feria Valencia, the venue hosted more than 15.000 contract operators during the “See You In Valencia” event -a brand which included exhibitions of architecture, decoration and interior design, and the multiple parallel events which accompanied them.
“We are convinced that thanks to the improvement of the offer from Cevisama, a brand of quality and innovation, promotional marketing efforts and the re-edition of the experience See You In Valencia, we are going to have a successful edition,” concluded the director.
