James Bar Cart by Yabu Pushelberg for Stellar Works wins a Wallpaper* Design Award 2017

The Stellar Works James bar cart has received a 2017 Wallpaper* Design Award! It will be showcased during Milan Design Week at Via Tortona, 31, in an installation designed by Neri&Hu.

Designed by Yabu Pushelberg, the James collection is an understated exploration of modern masculinity - at once bold and defined, but also light and elegant. All pieces have been designed to turn negative space into an aesthetic feature, making use of floating planes and wireframes to lend them an air of sleekness and simplicity.

Full of subtle details and stowaway compartments, James is subtly inspired by the world of performance cars. The automotive references are also echoed in the materials: warm and tactile black metal, walnut wood and sable-tone matte leather.

Stellar Works presents its new collections during the Salone del Mobile 2017 at A Space Within A Space, an installation designed by Neri&Hu. Officina 31, Via Tortona 31, Milan. 4-9 April, from 10:00 to 19:00 h.
