The jury made up of Miguel Sanchez, CDICV Dean, College of Decorators and Interior Designers Valencia, Luis Calabuig from ODOS Design; Alberto Ales, Product Manager at Expormim company; Javier Abio, NEO2 editor, journalist and curator, and the architect Ramón Esteve have selected the projects that make up the 12th nude edition, the new design salon.
A total of 22 studies form the new generation of designers: ALL be design, Antonio Morcillo, BALADAJUAN ARQUITECTURA I DISSENY, Carla Baquedano Marín, Carlos Ortega Design, Cristian Reyes Studio, CUADRAM, Ë Design, Equipo Nómada, Estudio Yvan Gost, Folies de Spagna, LaSelva Studio, Melic Estudio, Menut Estudio, Mercromina, Muka Design Lab, Olagüe&Solera Architecs, Singular Pets, Skizze Design, Sleep Late Projects, TOTPOC// and Vicente Tonda Arquitectura y Diseño.
The jury has highlighted “the great potential of the young designers and the professionalism of the proposals presented, especially in the studies that are entering into the salon again, proposals that are mixed with young and fresh ideas that designers and architects have involved for the first time.” Also, the jury has noticed the increase in Latin American studies that are taking part, which is reason to say that the salon is international.
nude, a salon consolidated as a launching platform for novel designers to the industrial sector, will take place from the 11th to the 14th of February at Feria Valencia coinciding with the celebration of design related exhibitions: Feria Habitat Valencia, Cevisama and Fimma - Maderalia. nude will be one of the themes at ‘See You in Valencia 2014’, the great event for interior design, decoration, design and architecture that brings together the joint celebration of the four exhibitions as well as a series of conferences and showrooms.
Also nude has kept in mind and area of design schools whose enrolment is open until January 10th.
