“The Living segment convinces the visitor on account of its broad offering of products and themes, as well as the internationality of the suppliers. Thanks to individual living concepts and products, Living is a unique source of inspiration and an important trend barometer for the industry”, says Sabine Scharrer, Ambiente's Director for the Living segment.

With exhibitors such as DPI, Kaheku, Schönes Wohnen or Schlittler, the focus is on decorations, garden furniture, planters and outdoor articles under the Seasonal Decoration and Outdoor Living aegis. One clear emphasis is set by Living's extensive product range in the form of Scandinavian design, which has set the standards in the industry for decades when it comes to matters of style and function. The natural poetry of that feel-good atmosphere, with its aromatic range of sweet scents and the clear simple lightness of the furniture and accessories in the style of the Nordic countries will find its representatives at Ambiente in exhibitors like Broste Copenhagen, Greengate, House Doctor, Hübsch, IB Laursen Ribe and Nordahl in Hall 8.0. In Hall 11.0, the names By Nord, Lind DNA, Normann Copenhagen, Danish Design with the Kähler, Pappelina, Roros Tweed and SMD Office Design brands stand for top-class design products from the far north.
Large-volume purchasers will find what they are looking for in the two sourcing segments Passage Home and Passage Home & Garden Select in Halls 10.1 and 10.2. Suppliers with export experience will be showing an extensive offering that ranges from industrially manufactured products to hand-made goods in large quantities and solutions in the customizing field.
Year after year, Ambiente impresses trade visitors with a variety of products and themes that is unrivalled throughout the world. For the trade, however, it is more than simply a product show; its comprehensive programme of events turns it into a unique source of inspiration, not only when it comes to putting assortments together, but also for designing the layouts of shop windows and floor spaces. The Ambiente Trends show, which is stage-managed by Stilbüro bora.herke.palmisano, offers a wealth of ideas for one's own range while providing an overview at the same time of the innovations presented by the exhibitors at Ambiente. For those who want to find out about new companies and labels on the market, it is well worthwhile visiting the two newcomer programmes, namely Talents and Next.
